Founded in Los Angeles in 2003, Zócalo Public Square connects people to ideas and to each other by examining essential questions in an accessible, spirit through online journalism, events and partnerships. To prepare for their rebrand, I ideated a script for a film that speaks to their new tagline - curiosity loves company.

Manifesto

Curiosity is our ultimate source of connection. 
By asking questions, 
And seeking information beyond our immediate reach,
We can begin to engage more intentionally with our world,
And each other. 

When we leave our homes, 
Cross city streets,
Cultural boundaries, 
And ideologies, 
We amplify voices, 
Feed our souls in unanticipated ways,
And engage in civic life with unity and togetherness.

At Zócalo Public Square we've spent the last 20 years cultivating opportunities for curious people to connect to ideas and each other. We have nurtured a vibrant community of knowledge seekers that inspires us to build a more connected reality.
